RISER MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIVISION

Building owners and managers must provide an advanced telecommunications and data infrastructure to attract and keep high-value tenants. At a minimum to effectively manage their riser systems, building owners and managers must be prepared to:

  • Monitor the penetration points of all telecom services to insure all structural and aesthetic issues are considered.
  • Establish a detailed list of procedures that define the tenants', providers’ and building managers' responsibilities. These responsibilities range from the installation of new circuits to handling emergency outages.

Organized to operate as special support staff to a building’s management, Phoenix Business Solutions’ Riser Management Services Division is prepared to provide the expertise needed to help support a structure’s telecom infrastructure.

  • Advise building managers and MIS directors on the selection of a building’s service providers.
  • Provide for the installation and maintenance of a structure’s core distribution cable system.
  • Provide service response within 24 to 48 hours and emergency service within four (4) hours.
  • Provide quality control as well as inventory monitoring.
  • Provide design and engineer support to new service providers and tenants.
  • Advise on locations for Central Equipment locations within a structure.
