Phoenix Business Solutions LLC is a DBE/WBE certified telecommunications installation and service contractor providing total turnkey support packages for small to large size, private and public organizations. Customer Service Summary

Tenant Individual Business	Provide consultation on all business communications systems, including phone and computer interface systems. Design and implement plans for the company’s re-location or expansion.
Building Owners/Commercial Real Estate Firms	Advise on selection of a communications vender, as well as coordinate all telecommunications support activity for the building’s management and tenants. Provide one point of contact regarding all telecommunications needs for the groups’ portfolio. Installation of the building’s distribution cable. Building cable maintenance covering all tenant service calls including complete trouble analysis and restoration of service.
